Our Mission

At Different Breed Solutions, our mission is to save adoptable shelter dogs from unnecessary euthanasia by helping them get ready for — and matched with — the right loving forever homes.

We take a true hands-on approach: partnering directly with shelters to volunteer, support staff, and personally get to know the dogs we work with. This allows us to promote each adoptable dog through real stories, one-on-one training insights, and creative adoption campaigns that increase their chances of being seen — and chosen.

Through unique community events — like our Strong Dog Adoption Events hosted with dog-friendly gyms — we focus on connecting strong, athletic, and often overlooked dogs with adopters who match their energy and commitment.

Once we receive our 501(c)(3) approval status, (we have to make an amendment) we’ll open a foster house dedicated to pulling urgent-list dogs most at risk due to breed bias, size, or high energy. These dogs will receive structured training, customized promotional campaigns, and, for long timers, the spotlight at VIP-themed adoption events designed just for them.
