The war against pet hair is nearly over as CEO Lily of Luu Lounge launches the first set of her clothing line giving the animal lovers of the world their freedom to wear black without carrying a lint roller!
With excitement in full we decided to reach out and ask the CEO Lily of Luu Lounge about her journey as she prepares for the big launch June 2025!
We HAVE to kick things off with the basics, why did you to decide to start Luu Lounge?
“To help solve an everyday problem for pet parents who have fur babies that shed. I love my pets, but what I don't love is having their fur all over me. I knew I wasn't the only one with this struggle, so I developed pet hair resistant clothing that makes fur easy to wipe away with your hands. Now I don't have to look for a lint roller or change my clothes before I leave the house because I can just pat the fur off before I head out.”
What are you most proud of when it comes to your work with Luu Lounge?
“I'm proud to be able to create something of value that could help a lot of people in their day to day lives. My pet hair resistant clothes have been an absolutely game changer for me and I hope to make a positive difference in people's lives through my creations.”
Tell us about your favorite experience with animals while working on your new brand?
“Getting to test out my product with people and their fur babies. It's always so neat to see people's reactions when they see how much fur comes off”
What has been the most challenging part of your work so far Lily?
“Building my brand and preparing to launch along with finding the people who align with my values of a slower approach to fashion and see the value”
